The “Buceo Norte” Diving Centre was founded in 2003 and is currently the only diving centre authorised by the Canary Islands Government in the north-west of Gran Canaria to carry out the activity of teaching centre and underwater sports activities. Buceo Norte has the obligatory hyperbaric chamber contract and the necessary insurance for our students and current civil liability insurance.
Our facilities meet all the needs derived from diving and we are constantly working to improve them.

All available material is previously checked, rinsed, sweetened and sorted after its use in the wet area.
As an official centre of the prestigious Mares brand, we have a wide range of equipment for divers. We also give you the chance to try them out in the water and see for yourself their quality.
Soundproofed and shielded room with certified engineering project that ensures the safety of the installation. Air is taken in through the various and different filters of the duct, located in the highest part of the building, far from any source of contamination, where the air is clean and healthy. These filters are periodically checked and cleaned to ensure the correct quality of the air in the bottles.
In addition to diving, we like to develop and organize events related to the marine environment.
Safety in diving is paramount in our centre; that is why we have all the necessary and mandatory elements for first aid in case of an accident. We have a safety and emergency plan for the evacuation of any injured person in the shortest possible time, specific to the northern area. Contract with hyperbaric chamber.
